At the Royal Victoria we appreciate the importance of flexible and transparent costs. Our wedding packages provide the flexibility required for such a special occasion, but also a clear pricing policy, so there are no hidden extras. Our wedding packages can include:

  • Master of ceremonies
  • Red carpet welcome
  • Complimentary Champagne for the Happy Couple on arrival
  • A choice of our round or square cake stand and knife
  • Candelabras, napkins and top table flower arrangement to your colour specification
  • Complimentary executive bedroom with full English breakfast for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night
  • Complimentary Champagne and fruit in the Bride and Groom’s bedroom
  • Entertainment booking service
  • Free parking

Room Hire may be charged if the minimum numbers for the Wedding Breakfast are not achieved.

  • Disco - £250.00

BOOKING PROCEDURES
When you have finalised the date of your Wedding we will be pleased to make a provisional booking which we will hold for 14 days. Written confirmation together with a deposit of £500.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable) will then be required to secure the booking.

A second payment of 50% of the estimated balance to be settled 6 months prior the wedding.

FINAL DETAILS
About 4 weeks prior to the Wedding Day we ask that the final arrangements be discussed.  We will then send you written confirmation of the details together with a pro-forma invoice which should be settled 14 days before the date of the Wedding.
