BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once you have chosen your date we will be pleased to make a provisional booking which we will hold for 14 days without obligation. To secure the date a deposit of £500.00 (non-refundable and non-transferable) is required along with a letter of confirmation. Any bookings not confirmed after 14 days will be released.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for comprehensive details. A pro forma invoice based on your requirements will be presented to you for payment after the final details have been discussed with our wedding co-ordinator.  A payment of 50% of the estimated invoice balance must be settled 6 months prior the wedding.

Final details

Your plans for the day (menu, wines, drinks, numbers, timings etc) must be finally confirmed with us 6-8 weeks prior to the event. At which time a pro-forma invoice will be raised for the final balance payment which must be settled 21 days before the wedding. The final numbers of guests etc confirmed at this time is the minimum number that will be charged for. No refund will be given for a reduction in numbers after the final payment is made.

Insurance

You are advised to arrange your own insurance cover for the event in order to mitigate your loss in the event of cancellation, or illness.
