Parents Weekend Package, Two Night Minimum Required

Time flies and before you know it the 2010 graduation season will be here.  Graduation weekends are one of the busiest weekends for Sheffield hotels since many graduations and commencements tend to be scheduled for the same weekend, so make sure to book your rooms as promptly as possible to ensure accommodations.

We recognise that Graduation weekend are a special time; a time to celebrate with Families and in particular to see friends who will be departing to pursue new careers. We have agreed to provide special rates for Sheffield University, and Sheffield Hallam University for Graduation Weekends. Make sure to mention the Graduation Weekend offer when making a reservation to take advantage of the discounts.  As there are a limited number of discounted rooms available, we advise that you book as early as possible.

The special offer rate of £199 for the Graduation weekends, is for two night’s accommodation for two people, including breakfast for two and a special Graduation set dinner for three people. Additional guests can attend the Special Graduation Set Dinner to a maximum of eight covers including the three inclusive guests. The Special Graduation Set Dinner is priced at £20 per head. It is important to book the restaurant booking at the time of making the reservation as the restaurant on this evening will be full.

Full English breakfast each morning
Special Graduation 3 course set dinner in Cunninham's Restaurant

Additional guest may dine at £20.00 per head

The Holiday Inn Royal Victoria is just over 2 miles from the Sheffield University, and Sheffield Hallam University, and two minutes’ walk from the city centre.
